The Climber (Special Edition): Blu-Ray
Arriving this week con Special Edition Blu-ray is writer/director Pasquale Squitieri’s “The Climber”, starring Joe Dallesandro. This 1975 gangster flick, originally titled “L’ambizioso“ follows the rise and fall of small-time smuggler Aldo (Dallesandro). After getting beaten by the local gang boss for ripping him off, Aldo forms his own group of misfits in order to exact revenge.
If you love Italian cinema and love it even more when it’s filled with all types of violence, then “The Climber” is a title you might want to add to your collection.
