Two Thousand Maniacs! (Special Edition) Blu-Ray

Arriving this week on Special Edition Blu-ray is Herschell Gordon Lewis’s 1964 horror film, “Two Thousand Maniacs!”.  Referred to by fans as the second part of “The Blood Trilogy”, which was preceded by “Blood Feast” in 1963 and concluded with “Color Me Blood Red” in 1965.  Arrow Video has packed this release with tons of bonus features, but one of the most notable ones would be that of 1964’s “Moonshine Mountain”, which was also directed by Lewis.

Although, I am more partial to the 2005 remake, “2001 Maniacs”, if you are a fan of Herschell Gordon Lewis, you will most likely want to pick up a copy of “Two Thousand Maniacs!”.
